For the 20th consecutive year, firm co-founder and partner Philip Graves has been named among the top lawyers in southern California with his inclusion in the 2024 edition of Super Lawyers for Southern California.
The Super Lawyers listings are compiled annually using a multi-tiered research process based on nominations from other lawyers, independent research and evaluation by a panel of attorneys in the same practice area. No more than 5 percent of eligible attorneys are selected each year.
Mr. Graves has a national intellectual property litigation practice, representing individuals and companies in disputes involving smartphones, computers, telecommunications, network security, web-hosting, medical devices, image capture, digital signature and encryption technologies, nano-scale manufacturing, and biotech, among other types of products and technologies.
