Philip Graves and Greer Shaw have joined forces to found intellectual property and business litigation boutique Graves & Shaw LLP.
Graves and Shaw both have extensive experience litigating patent cases, including at trial, as well as a background and practice in complex business litigation. Both practiced most recently with Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP, which they joined after being partners in Snell & Wilmer LLP. Earlier in their careers, Graves and Shaw practiced with, respectively, Irell & Manella LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. In their new firm, they intend to continue to focus on their core strengths of patent litigation for patent owners on a contingency basis, as well as other types of complex business litigation.
